To reserve your place on Great Trade Routes by Private Jet, please contact our agents. You will be required to submit a $2,500 per person deposit. Checks should be payable to "The Great Trade Routes-1010-06 Escrow," or you may charge your deposit to Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
A second deposit of $15,000 per person, payable by check only, is due January 10, 2006. Final payment, payable by check only, is due May 10, 2006.
Deposits and any payments are fully refundable, less a $250 per person cancellation fee, until January 10, 2006. Between January 11 and May 10, 2006, a $2,500 per person cancellation fee will apply. Between May 11 and July 10, 2006, a $15,000 per person cancellation fee will apply. After July 10, 2006, no refunds can be made. We strongly recommend cancellation, baggage and health insurance.
TCS Expeditions reserves the right to take photographs and/or videos during the operation of any program, and to use the photography for promotional purposes. Participants who prefer that their image not be used are asked to inform the Expedition Leader at the beginning of the journey.

TCS Expeditions acts only as an agent for the passenger with respect to transportation and hotels and exercises every care possible. However, we can assume no liability for injury, damage, delay, loss, accident or irregularity in connection with the services of any airplane, ship, motorcoach, train or other conveyance used in carrying out the arrangements of the tour. We cannot accept responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strike, war, quarantine, acts of God or other causes beyond our control. All such losses and expenses will have to be borne by the passenger, as tour rates provide for arrangements only for the time stated.
We reserve the right to make alterations to this published itinerary. The right is reserved to cancel the tour prior to departure, in which case the entire payment will be refunded without further obligation on our part. We also reserve the right to decline to accept or to retain any person as a member of the tour, or to require a participant to withdraw from the tour at their own expense when such an action is determined by tour staff to be in the best interest of the participant's health and safety, and that of the tour group in general.
No refund will be made for the unused portion of any tour unless arrangements are made in time to avoid penalties. The price of the program is based on tariffs and rates in effect in August 2005 and is subject to change. Any tariff, exchange rate or fuel surcharge will be passed on to the participants. Baggage is carried at the owner's risk entirely. It is understood that the air ticket when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the passenger and the airline concerned. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their plane or conveyance. TCS Expeditions accepts no liability for any carrier's cancellation penalty or change fee incurred by the purchase of a non-refundable ticket connected with the tour.
